Easter Sunday is the most important Christian holiday of the year.\u00a0 It is a celebration of the risen Jesus, who was crucified on the cross three days before on Good Friday.\u00a0 This event is joyfully celebrated in all Christian churches throughout the world. \u00a0No matter what your belief system, this can\u00a0be a day to celebrate new beginnings and the onset of spring with the mystery of the Easter bunny, Easter baskets, candy, and egg hunts.<\/p>\n

There are different traditions that many families enjoy and have been passed down through the years.\u00a0 It’s a time for grandparents, parents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and friends to come together and make new memories<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Here are a few ideas:<\/p>\n

1. Hiking.<\/p>\n

Most kids love animals.\u00a0 However, bringing an animal home for a pet is not always in the best interest of the animal.\u00a0 Going to a local hiking trail<\/a> or animal reserve can help the entire family enjoy nature, learn respect, and understand that keeping a pet in a cage at home is no substitute for observing an animal in it\u2019s natural habitat.\"Go <\/picture><\/p>\n

2. Crafts.<\/p>\n

Find a craft project online, gather all the supplies necessary, set up a large table, and invite family members and friends, and have fun making crafts together.<\/p>\n
